Tipsies is a wine bar at 34 Broadway, Suite B, in downtown Hanover, Pennsylvania — a room for slow glasses, cut-to-order boards, and staying longer than you meant to.
The kitchen keeps one rule: local produce, global cheeses. The fruit and vegetables come from close by; the cheese case wanders a lot farther. Boards are built when you order them, never before.
